A basic minimum amount is charged anyways for a number of conversations in advance. In that case, whether a lead is generated, a 2-minute conversation is held, or one 4 hours long, the rate remains fixed at per conversation.
Then we have a more advanced solution as well. You can also take the package of “free software, free greeter” according to which you only pay if a lead is generated. In case you take up this package, you will have to pay more when the conversation gets longer, depending upon the quality of the lead as well. The choice is totally up to the client.

Solutions for sites having between 2000-10,000 unique visitors
When the number of daily visitors reaches this mark, we take customization and adaptability to a new level altogether.
Of what use are our services if our customer cannot get what he really is looking for?
We offer volume breaks for this group. What we do is that we charge a basic minimum amount agree upon earlier for the first 1000 visitors.
As the number of visitors exceeds that, we charge the next 1000 conversations at a lesser percentage as determined in the contract earlier. With the number of visitors exceeding even that, the rates per conversation of course get even lesser. So the price per conversation keeps decreasing as the number of visitors increases.
If you are availing this offer, then the prices will remain fixed for each bracket of visitors, leaving aside the fact that a lead gets closed or not. Again, the length of conversation does not matter. We will keep our rates fixed. This is of particularly benefit to those websites that get dugg a lot. That means quite a number of visitors streaming in from web 2.0 sites.
Solutions for sites having above 10,000 unique visitors
When our customers are running businesses this big, naturally our format has to change as well. With such deals, we offer our commission based package. We won’t charge you for our Web Greeters unless they close deals. So you pay us for each deal closed instead of paying us a fixed amount. The customer services are offered for free. We are doing this because we know that with the amount of business being generated on your site, you might not be able to follow every visitor coming to your site, and naturally your priority lies in the customer satisfaction as well as pre-sales lead. This is why we are taking the burden of general queries, general visitors and basic customer care off your shoulders and you are liable to pay only in case of confirmation of a sales lead.
