Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategy is divided into two phases for each website:

  1. Research Analysis and Planning Phase is required to understand market niche, business model, gather information for implementation phase and to exact tasks and activities for each online marketing step.

  2. Implementation Phase to deploy the recommendation suggested during of the above phase.

The sequence of actions performed in Research analysis/Planning and Implementation phases are listed below.


Package I for $ 1000:

Research & Analysis with On-Page Optimization - (1st to 4th Week) - (Four weeks)

Major activities in Research & Analysis:
Define Plan and Scope of the Project:
First, we define and plan the scope, boundaries and time frame for the prospective project.

Study the Company’s background:
We study company’s background and history to understand and to develop more sense of business which helps in later activities and to understand targeted audience.

Follow the limitations:
Businesses might have some limitations that should be considered, for example companies don’t feel good commenting about other companies or at competitors’ web portals.

Limitations can also be in the form to target audience. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) experts will analyze the target audience and how to target them in order to get maximum benefit out of implementation phase.

Competitive Analysis:
Identify direct and indirect competition to business website.  Identify current position of website with respect to its online popularity and search engine visibility.

Installation of Google Analytics (if not installed):
Install Google Analytics to start analyzing statistical information (number of visitors and different traffic sources).  Results will be reported in the Final Analysis Report.

Install the Robots.txt file (of not already installed):
Recommend appropriate Robots.txt file, considering the nature of online business to guide search engines in proper direction where the content is located and avoiding the rest of the website.

Keyword Analysis:
Keyword Word Analysis will be done to figure out which terms/keywords are used by people while searching, which are relevant to website business. The keyword research will be done using an online tool called “WordTracker” and a report will be created for future implementation and content writing.

Topic Suggestion:
Based on finalized keywords, we will suggest 20 topics for your approval.  Out of these 20 Topics, 6 topics will be finalized for the content writer(s) to come up with articles to be used during implementation phase.

Content Writing (will not be used until approved by customer):
Content writing team will write 6 articles per month, which will be optimized with keywords. These articles will be used in link building. If needed, a few press releases will also be written.

On-Page Optimization:
All those changes on website required to increase search engine visibility and to make website search engine friendly are on-page optimizations.
On-Page optimization includes:

  1. Meta Tag Optimization
    - Title tag
    - Description tag
    - Keyword tag

Researched Keywords (using keyword suggestion tools) which are relevant to specific webpage are properly placed in Meta Tags so the website ranking against those keywords increases. On-page optimization is done considering all the technicalities.

Researched keywords are those which people are searching over the internet and the one which reflect your online business. Basically we need to map peoples’ psychology on your website so that relevant and targeted website traffic can be achieved.

  1. Keywords Inside Content
    Keyword embedded text of website is one of the most important steps in optimizing, Our content writer team will perform this job and after your approval, the fresh content with keywords will be uploaded.

    Optimization of all the major areas/important pages will be done, If on-page optimizations are already done, then we would like to suggest improvements for better off-page optimization.


Search Engine Submission:
Recommend 15 Search Engines for manual hand submission and a few other new and good search engines, which are becoming popular. Typical list of search engines are at the bottom of document, final list will be provided in the research and planning report.

Gathering Website URLs (for submissions during Implementation phase):
Different lists will be compiled during the Research & Planning phase where link building and content will be posted. Only Manual submission will be performed for submission process and each list will only consist of reputable websites where back link will have 0 through 2 PR.

  1. Recommend Online Website Directories
    - These include free directories with good Page Rank.

    - For paid inclusions websites with PR below 4 will not be listed unless and until it makes sense to include. Paid inclusions are usually not done unless a need arise or specifically asked by the customer for the business. The need for paid directory listing will be communicated in monthly proposal.

  2. Recommend Article Submission Directories
    - Most of the good article directories are free but our team will spend time finding out the best websites for that specific website.

    - Below Page Rank = 4 (Home Page) websites will not be listed unless and until it makes some sense to include.

  3. Recommend Press Release Submission Websites:
    - Press Release Submission websites includes free as well as paid submission and this list will be more important for those websites which are trying to communicate with only business class (B2B communication). If the need for paid Press Release becomes important then it will be suggested.

  4. Recommend Do – Follow Blogs and Forums:
    - Relevant Do-Follow blog list will be gathered for the implementation phase.

    - Blogs Page Rank will be between 0 and 2; our team will not create links on pages with grey Google Page Rank bar.

  5. Recommend Social Media Strategy
    - Strategy with Social media websites will be recommended to drive quality and targeted traffic.  List of social media websites are listed at the end of this document. Different set of social media websites will be selected on the basis of nature and business of client’s website.

Monthly Updates/Proposal:
Monthly proposals will be sent to client(s) to inform about the next steps.

Implementation - (5th to 7th week) - (Four weeks)

Based on research and analysis, the off-page team will start marketing the website and send Daily Reports.

Week One Sample Activities

First three days of week:
10 Directory Submissions
10 Article Submissions
10 Press Release Submission
10 Social Media Websites Profile/Account (When relevant social media website profiles are done then 10 social media posts will be reported)

Last two days of week will be spend of creating high quality links with following characteristics

>> Do-Follow
>> From Relevant page
>> From Hight Page Rank page
>> Most links will be Hyperlinked against keywords to increase ranking against that keyword. (8 to 10 high Quality links will be reports / month)

* Daily 10 submissions, 200 links / Month
* If there is a variation, it will be explained.  Please keep in mind that for some industries and especially local campaigns daily submission may be much lower.

Content writing:
After approval of the first 6 articles, the next 6 topics will be finalized, and work will start of them.

Weekly Report
At the end of week, report will be sent detailing the approved links and status on other activities.

Monthly Traffic Report
At the end of each month a report will be send with traffic information and stats with all the improvements that took place as result of that month’s efforts.

Proposal for next month:
On the basis of monthly performance and requirements for the website, we will make recommendations and give advice for the business.

On Going Implementation - (5th to 8th week) - (Four weeks)

The implementation phase will repeat for each consecutive four weeks period.

Another very Important aspect is how to maintain the quality of work. We have a quality control system (Details are at the end of document) that defines the way we proceed to ensure quality.

The main purpose of all these activities will result in:

  1. Improved Search Engine Result Pages (SERPs) ranking for additional competitive keywords.
  2. Improved Google Page Rank (Page Rank, also called PR is importance of page in Google search engine. SERP and Google PR are two different concepts and work on different algorithms in search engines)
  3. Improved Alexa Rank.
  4. Targeted website traffic.
  5. Increased Sales and Revenue.


Package II for $ 800


“Package II” is similar to “Package I” with the exception that total work and reported results are one half of “package I”. This package is for companies that do not require an aggressive campaign.
